Planned Downtime definition

Planned Downtime means scheduled maintenance and Software or application upgrades; or setting up a new customer or service and service modifications;
Planned Downtime means any period of time during which the Service is unavailable due to Conga’s planned maintenance and support of the Service or Conga System for which Conga gives You at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Planned Downtime shall not exceed 5 hours per month. Except for urgent circumstances (e.g., a system failure or security threat), Planned Downtime may occur from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Mountain Time.
Planned Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1(c) hereof.

More Definitions of Planned Downtime

Planned Downtime means any period during which any Subscription Service is unavailable for maintenance, including for updates, enhancements, patches, fixes, or error corrections.
