Maintenance Period definition

Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time

More Definitions of Maintenance Period

Maintenance Period shall in relation to the Redevelopment Project mean the period of maintenance of the Redevelopment Project which shall commence from the Appointed Date and continue, for a period of the Defects Liability Period, and in relation to the Station Development Project shall mean the period of maintenance of the Station Development Project which shall commence from the Appointed Date and continue for the Term of SFMA as per terms set forth in the Station Facility Management Agreement;
