Outages definition

Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.
Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities operated by the Parties, as described in Article VII of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Outages

Outages means any act or occurrence during the Term which results in a reduction in the available capacity of the Facility below the Capacity;
Outages means any period measured in minutes during the monthly measuring period during which faults or problems with the System preclude processing of more than 25% of Messages sent by or to Customer by means of the Services and where the same is not attributable to Scheduled Maintenance, events of Force Majeure or acts or omissions of the Customer.
