Outages definition

Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.
Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities operated by the Parties, as described in Article VII of this Agreement.

Outages means any act or occurrence during the Term which results in a reduction in the available capacity of the Facility below the Capacity;
