Maintenance Program definition

Maintenance Program means a maintenance program for the Aircraft approved by the Aviation Authority, in conformity with the Maintenance Planning Document.
Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.
Maintenance Program is defined in Annex C to the Lease.

  • Lessee will provide Lessor with the maintenance performer’s identity and the planned work scope, which shall be aligned with the requirements of the Approved Maintenance Program, for any such maintenance work no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled commencement of the maintenance event.

  • Any Updates (provided pursuant to Section 7 (Maintenance Program (Updates and Technical Support)) will form part of the Software and will be subject to rights granted in this Agreement.

Maintenance Program means, as it relates to any particular Aircraft, the manufacturer’s airframe maintenance program to the extent it provides coverage for any existing applicable warranty, and thereafter, either the manufacturer’s service program or an agreement which provides for the maintenance and/or overhaul of the airframe and engines consistent with the maintenance programs that cover helicopters of similar model type in the Parent Guarantor’s helicopter fleet from time to time provided however, that if the entire fleet of the Parent Guarantor’s aircraft engaged in search and rescue operations pursuant to contracts with any Governmental Authority of the same make and model are not covered by a manufacturer’s or other third party’s maintenance program, then the Maintenance Program shall mean the Borrower’s approved maintenance program administered by itself or its Affiliate with respect to such Aircraft.
Maintenance Program means an Air Authority approved maintenance program for the Aircraft encompassing scheduled maintenance (including block maintenance), condition monitored maintenance, and on-condition maintenance of Airframe, Engines and Parts, including but not limited to, servicing, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, structural, inspections, system checks, overhauls, approved modifications, service bulletins, engineering orders, airworthiness directives, corrosion control, inspections and treatments.
Maintenance Program means an FAA or Aviation Authority approved maintenance program for the Aircraft encompassing scheduled maintenance, condition monitored maintenance and/or on-condition maintenance of Airframe, Engines and Parts, including servicing, testing, preventative maintenance, repairs, structural inspections, system checks, overhauls, approved modifications, service bulletins, engineering orders, airworthiness directives, corrosion control, inspections and treatments.
