Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

Contractor’s Representative means a person in supervisory capacity who shall be so declared by the Contractor and who shall be authorized under duly executed Power of Attorney to receive materials issued by the Purchaser to the Contractor for the works.
