Supplier’s Representative definition
Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;
Supplier’s Representative means the person named as being the Supplier’s Representative in Schedule 1 and any successor to that position;
Supplier’s Representative means the person who is nominated to represent the Supplier as set out in Schedule 1 and appointed pursuant to Condition 7; ‘Tender Documents’ means all the introduction, the Invitation to Tender, Pre-Qualification questionnaire, the Specification, the information provided (including the schedule of prices), the request for tender and the Tender Submission. ‘Tender Submission’ means the proposal submitted by the Supplier in respect of the tender process and attached to this Agreement at Appendix 3 which specifies the Services to be undertaken, the time estimate for the provision of the Services and the sums payable for the Services. ‘Termination Date’ means XXXXXX. ‘TUPE’ means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006. ‘Working Day’ means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for business in the City of London.

More Definitions of Supplier’s Representative
Supplier’s Representative means the person named in the Appendix; and
Supplier’s Representative means a party appointed by the Supplier and notified to the Commissioner pursuant to Clause 3, the first such person as set out in Schedule 1 to this PCRS Agreement.
Supplier’s Representative means the person noted as the Supplier’s contact person in the Purchase Order or, if no such person is nominated in the Purchase Order, the officer/s of the Supplier in the case of the Supplier being a company and, in any other case, a person which the Company reasonably believes is a proprietor or senior management representative of the Supplier. Taxes means any and all present and future sales, use, personal, property, real property, value added, goods and services, GST, turnover, stamp, documentary, interest equalisation, business, occupation, excise, income, corporation, profits, gains, gross receipts, or other taxes, fees, withholdings, imposts, levies, duties or other charges of any nature whatsoever or whensoever imposed (other than taxes on the Company’s net income) by any governmental body, together with any penalties, fines or interest thereon or similar additions thereto, imposed, levied or assessed or otherwise payable. Tax Invoice has the same meaning as in the GST Law. Technical Materials includes plans, designs, drawings, engineering information, data, specifications, reports, accounts and any other material specified in this Agreement.
Supplier’s Representative means the person identified as such in the Purchase Order.

Supplier’s Representative is Supplier's representative for a Project as set forth in an order or otherwise designated by Supplier from time to time. CenturyLink’s Representative and Supplier's Representative will act in such capacity only for the individual Project. CenturyLink may enter upon any location where Services are being performed to conduct inspections of the Services at any time to ensure compliance with the Construction Documents. Supplier will coordinate the Services with CenturyLink's Representative and will work with CenturyLink's Representative to establish acceptable communication lines. Supplier will promptly respond to all concerns, issues and questions raised by CenturyLink's Representative.
