Customer Representative definition

Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;
Customer Representative means any officer, employee, agent, sub-contractor or other person identified by Customer as acting on Customer’s behalf.

Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to the Contract; "Customer System" means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
Customer Representative has the same meaning as defined in Section 626.015, Florida Statutes.
