Unless otherwise required by law, Parent and the Purchaser will, and will cause the Parent Representatives to, hold any such information in confidence until such time as such information otherwise becomes publicly available through no wrongful act of Parent, the Purchaser or the Parent Representatives.
The Company shall (and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to) make available to the other party the appropriate individuals for discussion of such entity's business, properties and personnel as Parent or the Parent Representatives may reasonably request.
