EXECUTION OF WORK. In connection with the services covered by this Agreement, the Seller agrees to execute the work using the method or plan for performance agreed to during negotiations concerning the performer of the work (i.e., Seller personnel or subcontractors or outside associates or consultants). The Seller shall obtain the Subcontract Administrator’s written consent before making changes in the method or plan for performance proposed and agreed to during negotiations concerning the performer of the work.
EXECUTION OF WORK. Any persons who carry out work on the company premises in performance of the contract must observe the applicable company regulations. We accept no responsibility for any accidents that occur to these persons on said premises unless they are caused by intentional or grossly negligent dereliction of duty on the part of our statutory representatives or vicarious agents.
EXECUTION OF WORK. 55.1 All the Works shall be executed in strict conformity with the provisions of the CONTRACT Documents and with such explanatory detailed drawings, specification and instructions as may be furnished from time to time to the CONTRACTOR by the ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE whether mentioned in the CONTRACT or not. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for ensuring that works throughout are executed in the most substantial, proper and workmanlike manner with the quality of material and workmanship in strict accordance with the SPECIFICATIONS and to the entire satisfaction of the ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all necessary materials equipment labour etc. for execution and maintenance of WORK till completion unless otherwise mentioned in the CONTRACT. 56 Co-ordination and inspection of work:
EXECUTION OF WORK. Work shall be executed in conformity with those instructions, drawings and/or specifications and CONTRACTOR shall do no work without proper instructions, drawings and specifications.
EXECUTION OF WORK. Every part of the Work shall be executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and in a professional manner. All materials used in the Work shall conform to the Contract Documents and shall be new, except as otherwise expressly indicated in the Contract Documents. Subcontractor shall perform the Work so as not to cause loss or damage to the work or property of others on the Project, Contractor, or the Customer.

The Engineer-in-Charge will communicate or confirm his instruction to the contractor in respect of the execution of the work in a “WORK SITE ORDER BOOK “maintained at his office and the contractor shall visit this office, daily and shall conform receipt of such instructions by signing the relevant entries in this book. Such entries will rank as order notices in writing within the intent and meaning of these conditions.
EXECUTION OF WORK. 1. Persons carrying out work on the Supplier’s premises to fulfil a contract for the Customer shall comply with the working regulations stipulated by the Supplier. Regulations governing entering and leaving the premises must be complied with. The Customer bears full liability for all damage caused by such persons when carrying out their activities for the Customer. The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Supplier and in particular his managers, employees and authorised agents, against any liability for damage that occurs to said persons on the Supplier’s premises.
EXECUTION OF WORK. If the Contractor should neglect to execute the Work properly or fail to perform any provisions of this Agreement, the District, may, pursuant to the General Conditions and without prejudice to any other remedy it may have, make good such deficiencies and may deduct the cost thereof from the payment then or thereafter due the Contractor.
EXECUTION OF WORK. All of Supplier’s employees and agents performing work under the Purchase Order on Xxxxx LLC’s premises shall observe and comply with all of Xxxxx LLC’s workplace rules. Supplier hereby waives any liability for accidents suffered by any such person while on Xxxxx LLC’s premises except in those cases of gross negligence.
