Supplier Representative definition

Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier named in the Order Form;
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier named in the Call Off Order Form;

More Definitions of Supplier Representative

Supplier Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Supplier for the purposes of the Contract, as indicated in the Form of Agreement or as otherwise notified by the Supplier to ▇▇▇ from time to time.
