Principal’s Representative. The Principal’s Representative for the purposes of administration of the Contract is the person named in the Special Conditions. The Principal must notify the Contractor in writing of any replacement Principal’s Representative. The Principal’s Representative is authorised to perform all of the Principal’s obligations and exercise all of Principal’s powers under the Contract.

Examples of Principal’s Representative in a sentence

  • All Salvaged Materials shall remain the property of the Principal and the Contractor shall keep the Salvaged Materials safe and secure, and shall dispose of them as directed by the Principal’s Representative.

  • From time to time the Principal’s Representative may require the Contractor to amend its programme to take account of the actual progress of the Works so as to achieve completion by the Due Date for Completion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
