All Salvaged Materials shall remain the property of the Principal and the Contractor shall keep the Salvaged Materials safe and secure, and shall dispose of them as directed by the Principal’s Representative.
From time to time the Principal’s Representative may require the Contractor to amend its programme to take account of the actual progress of the Works so as to achieve completion by the Due Date for Completion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
No payment otherwise due under the Contract shall become payable until the Contractor has submitted the programme to the Principal’s Representative.
The Principal must promptly notify the Contractor if the name and/or contact details of the Principal’s Representative change.
Where required by the Special Conditions, the Contractor shall upon request provide to the Principal’s Representative a monthly (or more frequently if required by the Principal) health and safety report, meeting the requirements and in such form as may be required by the Principal from time to time.
