Buyer Representatives definition

Buyer Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 4(e).

Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.

Buyer Representatives has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.2(a).

• The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all information so provided the Buyer and its Buyer Representatives is and shall be subject to the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement.

• Neither Buyer nor the Buyer Representatives shall be entitled to conduct any investigation that involves boring or penetration into the Real Property or Improvements, including, but not limited to, testing for mold (including, without limitation, air sampling) and “Phase II” environmental testing, without the express written consent of Seller, which may be granted or denied in Seller’s sole and absolute discretion.
