Examples of Buyer’s Representatives in a sentence
Buyers shall, and shall cause all of the Buyers’ Representatives to, abide by SM’s and any Third Party Operator’s safety rules, regulations and operating policies of which they are notified in advance while conducting its due diligence evaluation of the Assets including any environmental or other inspection or assessment of the Assets.
All investigations and due diligence conducted by Buyers or any of the Buyers’ Representatives shall be conducted at the Buyers’ sole cost, risk and expense; and any conclusions made from any examination done by Buyers or any of the Buyers’ Representatives shall result from the Buyers’ own independent review and judgment.
SM shall also make available to Buyers and the Buyers’ Representatives, upon reasonable notice during normal business hours, SM’s personnel knowledgeable with respect to the Assets in order that such Buyer may make such diligence investigation as Buyers consider necessary or appropriate.
