If the Company and the Shareholders’ Representative cannot agree upon the Mediator within ten (10) Business Days of the commencement of the efforts to so agree on an Mediator, each of the Company and the Shareholders’ Representative shall select one person as a mediator and the two mediators so selected shall select the sole Mediator who shall hear and resolve the dispute.
