Vice President. In the absence of the President, or in the event of the President’s death, inability or refusal to act, the Vice President (or, in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in order designated at the time of their appointment, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their appointment), if that office be created and filled, shall perform the duties of the President and when so acting shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions upon, the President. Any Vice President may sign certificates for Units and shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to such person by the Chairman, the President or by the Board.

Vice President. Each Vice President, if any, shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to such person and shall exercise such powers as may be granted to such person by the Manager, the Board or by the President of the Company. In the absence of direction by the Manager, the Board or the President to the contrary, any Vice President shall have the power to vote all securities held by the Company and to issue proxies therefor.
Vice President. In the absence or disability of the President and the Chairman of the Governing Board, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Governing Board, or if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Governing Board, shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have all the powers and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents shall have such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them, respectively, by the Governing Board.

In the absence or disability of the President or if the office of President becomes vacant, the Vice Presidents in the order determined by the Board, or if no such determination has been made, in the order of their seniority, shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President, subject to the right of the Board at any time to extend or restrict such powers and duties or to assign them to others. Any Vice President may have such additional designations in such Vice President’s title as the Board may determine. The Vice Presidents shall generally assist the President in such manner as the President shall direct. Each Vice President shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be assigned to such Vice President from time to time by the Board, the Chief Executive Officer or the President. The term “Vice President” used in this Section shall include the positions of Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President.

At the request of the President, or in his or her absence or disability, a Vice President shall perform all duties of the President, and so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions placed upon the President.

Vice President. Each Vice President shall have all such powers and duties as are commonly incident to the office of Vice President, or that are delegated to him or her by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer. A Vice President may be designated by the Board to perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Chief Executive Officer in the event of the Chief Executive Officer's absence or disability.
Vice President. The Vice President shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers, and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Vice President and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.
Vice President. The Company may have one or more Vice Presidents. If more than one, the Directors shall designate which is most senior. The most senior Vice President shall perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President.
