Vice President Sample Clauses

Vice President. In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
Vice President. Each Vice President, if any, shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to such person and shall exercise such powers as may be granted to such person by the Manager, the Board or by the President of the Company. In the absence of direction by the Manager, the Board or the President to the contrary, any Vice President shall have the power to vote all securities held by the Company and to issue proxies therefor.

In the absence or disability of the President, the senior or duly appointed Vice President, if any, shall perform all the duties of the President, pending action by the Board of Directors when so acting, such Vice President shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions on, the President.
Vice President. Each Vice President shall have the powers and duties delegated to him or her by the Board of Directors or the President. One Vice President may be designated by the Board of Directors to perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President in the event of the President’s absence or disability.
Vice President. The Vice President shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers, and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Vice President and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.

Vice President. The Company may have one or more Vice Presidents. If more than one, the Directors shall designate which is most senior. The most senior Vice President shall perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President.
Vice President. If the Board of Trustees elects one or more Vice --------- -------------- President(s), the Vice-President(s) shall have such powers and perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Board of Trustees or the President. At the request or in the absence or disability of the President, the Vice President (or, if there are two or more Vice Presidents, then the senior of the Vice Presidents present and able to act) may perform all the duties of the President and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of the President. The Board of Trustees may designate one (1) or more of the Vice Presidents as an Executive Vice President or with such other designation or title as the Board of Trustees deem appropriate for his or her position or duties.
Vice President. The vice presidents, in order of their seniority, shall, in the absence or disability of the chief executive officer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the chief executive officer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.
