Engineer’s Representative definition

Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
Engineer’s Representative means any Resident Engineer or assistant to the Engineer-In-Charge appointed from time to time by the company to perform the duties set forth in the contract whose authority may be notified in writing to the Contractor by the Company.
Engineer’s Representative means the Assistant Works Manager / Assistant Electrical Engineer / Assistant Plant Engineer /Assistant Inspection Officer in direct charge of the works and shall include any Senior Section Engineer/ Section Engineer/ Junior Engineer of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Department appointed by the Central Railway and shall mean and include the Engineer's Representative of the Successor Railway.

Engineer’s Representative means any resident engineer or assistant of the Engineer or any clerk of works or any other employee or agent appointed from time to time by the Employer.
