Obligation of the Contractor. The Contractor shall undertake: to take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between the National Agency and the Contractor; to define in conjunction with the Co-beneficiary the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights; to comply with all the provisions of Agreement n°2016-1-ES01-KA203-025001 binding the Contractor to the National Agency; to be responsible for the transmission of documents and information to the National Agency, needed to pay claims from this project; to provide any information and data related to the Project and requested by the Co-beneficiary, needed for the execution and advancement of this Project, to be responsible for obtaining and verifying this information, and to transmit them to the National Agency; to inform the project Co-beneficiaries and the National Agency of any incident, which the Contractor considers that may substantially affect the implementation of the Project; to inform the National Agency for transfers between categories of eligible costs as defined in the Agreement.
