Seller shall notify the Buyer Procurement Representative in writing if the Seller changes the amount of a lower-tier subcontract effort after award such that it exceeds seventy percent (70%) of the total cost of work to be performed by Seller under the Contract.
Buyer may at any time, by written notice from their Buyer Procurement Representative, make changes within the general scope of this Contract in any one or more of the following: (i) drawings, designs, or specifications; (ii) method of shipping or packing; (iii) place of inspection, acceptance, or point of delivery; and (iv) delivery schedule.
Only the Buyer’s Procurement Representative has authority on behalf of Buyer to make changes to this Contract.
Specifically, changes which affect the price, schedule, statement of work or the terms and conditions shall be made only with written authorization from Xxxxx’s Procurement Representative.
The Seller shall notify the Buyer Procurement Representative immediately in writing, of any proposed exceptions to this requirement.
