No amendment or modification of this Contract shall bind either party unless it is in writing and is signed by ▇▇▇▇▇’s Authorized Procurement Representative and an authorized representative of Seller.

Supplier shall take no direction, verbal, written, or otherwise, for change or variation from any party other than the Calspan JETS Procurement Representative that materially changes the scope of the Agreement.
