Procurement Representative definition

Procurement Representative means the following individual in the Procurement Services Department:
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Procurement Representative means Subcontract Administrator, Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Contract Specialist acting within the limits of a written authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings on behalf of Company.

More Definitions of Procurement Representative

Procurement Representative means the person authorized by Buyer to negotiate, approve, enter into and deliver Purchase Orders, subcontracts and other engagements, and change orders thereto. Procurement Representatives do not include any production, deck plate supervisors, engineering or technical personnel.
