Casual Hourly Rate definition

Casual Hourly Rate means the ordinary hourly rate (as defined) plus 20%.
Casual Hourly Rate means the hourly rate of pay for casual Employees as set out in clause 4.1.1 of this Agreement. Completed the appropriate training and/or acquired the competency means the level of training, job knowledge and skills, as well as the level of responsibility required to be appointed to the Job Grades and levels set out in this Agreement. Day for the purposes of PART 6 - LEAVE of this Agreement means for full-time Employees up to 8 hours and for part-time Employees the average number of daily hours worked over the previous 4 weeks of their employment. Extra Hours are additional hours agreed to be worked by a full-time or part-time Employee in accordance with clause 5.1.3 of this Agreement. 4 week pay period means 4 consecutive weekly pay cycles. Full-time Employee means an Employee engaged on the full-time Employee terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
Casual Hourly Rate means the applicable Daily Rate divided by twelve (12).

  • Casual employees will be paid, at the appropriate Base Hourly Rate as set out in sub-clause 11.1(a), plus an all purpose loading of 25% of the employee's Base Hourly Rate in lieu of all applicable leave entitlements (for the purposes of this Agreement, the Casual Hourly Rate), for ordinary hours worked, as set out in clause 8.1 and 8.2.

More Definitions of Casual Hourly Rate

Casual Hourly Rate means the amount set out in the Hirer document or as determined by BC from time to time;
Casual Hourly Rate means the hourly rate of pay for Casual Associates set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. Related to Casual Hourly Rate

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.
