Employee means Sample Clauses

Employee means a. Any person while in your service, whom you compensate directly by salary or wages, and whom you have the right to direct and control while performing services for you; or
Employee means i) any natural person who was or is or may hereafter be acting under a contract of service or apprenticeship with the Company;
