Entitlement to Annual Leave. For each year of service with the Employer a full-time or part-time Employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave.
Entitlement to Annual Leave. 2.1 An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the company, of 1 / 13 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee during that 4 week period.
