National Ambient Air Quality Standards definition

National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
National Ambient Air Quality Standards means, unless otherwise modified, the primary (health-related) and secondary (welfare-based) federal ambient air quality standards promulgated by the US EPA pursuant to Section 109 of the Federal Act.
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS,” means those ambient air quality standards promulgated by the EPA in 40 C.F.R.
