Workmen’s Compensation Leave. A teacher who is absent from work because of injury received on the job which is covered by Workmen's Compensation receives regular pay from his accumulated sick leave the first five (5) days (charge able against sick leave). After the first five (5) days, the teacher will be paid by the School Corporation the difference between Workmen's Compensation and his regular pay, not to exceed the total dollar value of his total accumulated sick leave. This provision shall in no way limit the amount of Workmen's Compensation benefits a teacher may receive.

Workmen’s Compensation Leave. X. Xx administrator absent from duty because of an injury or disease as defined by the Workmen's Compensation laws who is allowed leave from his position for the period of his absence necessitated by such injury or disease shall not have that leave adversely affected by reason of receiving any benefits as provided by the Workmen's Compensation laws.
