Work on Designated Day Off. All work performed on the designated day off shall be considered to be overtime and shall be paid in accordance with the collective Agreement.

When an Employee is not able to take a Flex Day due to a significant scheduling conflict which arises and is out of the Employee's control (i.e. a mandatory court appearance) and approved by the supervisor, the priority shall be to identify an alternate Flex Day.
