Work on Day Off. Full-time nurses called in on their regularly scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½x) times the regular rate of pay for the hours worked.

Work on Day Off. Full-time employees who work on their regularly scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular rate of pay for the hours worked, unless there is mutual consent. Part-time employees, who work on a day not regularly scheduled, shall be paid at the applicable rate of pay.
Work on Day Off. Non-exempt employees who are called in for work on their scheduled day off shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours pay. If they are called in with two (2) or more hours’ notice they shall receive straight time (1 X) pay. If they are called in with fewer than two (2) hours’ notice they shall be paid at the rate of time-and-a-half (1.5 X) their base rate of pay for the hours worked.
Work on Day Off. Nurses who work .7 FTE and below and who work their scheduled day off shall be paid at their regular rate of pay (or at the appropriate overtime rate, if applicable). Full-time nurses and nurses working twelve hour shifts at a .9 FTE who work their scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) their regular rate of pay for all hours worked, if they meet the criteria set out below:

In cases of exceptional staffing needs, the Employer can declare a shift or shifts as “Bonus Shifts.” Nurses with an FTE of .6 or above agreeing to work such shifts will be paid time and one-half their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the “Bonus Shift.” The Employer may determine that it will offer double time to nurses picking up a “Bonus Shift” who are already eligible for time and one-half on that shift.
Work on Day Off. Work performed by regular nurses at the Medical Center’s request which was not scheduled on the nurse’s work schedule at the time of posting, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half the regular rate of pay. If a regular nurse agrees to work in excess of 0.9 FTE prior to posting the schedule, the extra shift(s) will be identified as “Work On Day Off” on the posted schedule. The provisions of this paragraph, however, shall not apply if (1) a nurse has taken unscheduled time off during the same week in which the unscheduled shift is worked,

Work on Day Off. 1403 A full-time employee called in to work on a scheduled day off shall be paid for a minimum of two hours work at the overtime rate or an alternative day off with pay, at the option of the employee. For clarity, the entire shift shall be paid at the overtime rate.
Work on Day Off. Full-time nurses who agree to work on a scheduled day off will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times the nurse’s base rate of pay, plus applicable differentials (Article 4.8.3). This provision does not apply to Hospital or departmental meetings (e.g., committee assignments, in-service, competency assessments, or approved projects) that do not involve the provision of clinical care. However, any such non-clinical care meeting before or after the employee’s scheduled shift or in excess of forty (40) hours during his/her work period shall be compensated at the employee’s overtime (1 ½ times) rate of pay. If a nurse calls in sick during the same week she/he agreed to work an extra shift at the time and one-half rate, that extra shift will be paid at the regular rate of pay (not at time and one-half). Low census in the work week does not cancel overtime hours for work on day off.
Work on Day Off. Any full-time nurse or a .9 FTE nurse who works a 12-hour shift called in on the nurse’s day off or time off shall be paid at time and one-half (1½) for the first four (4) hours of the scheduled shift worked. Thereafter, the nurse shall receive double (2x) the regular rate for second four (4) hours or half shift (whichever is greater). Nurses shall qualify for such premiums provided (1) the nurse works all scheduled shifts that week except for low census conditions; or (2) the nurse is called in from a vacation period prescheduled a month or more in advance.
