Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday. An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday. An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be by mutual agreement.

An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall receive their regular day's pay, and shall receive additional compensation at the rate of double-time for all hours worked; except for Christmas Day and New Year's Day when the additional compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for all hours worked.

An employee who works on a statutory holiday named in Clause 16.1 – Paid Holidays shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the holiday and receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday. An employee who works on a designated holiday, which is a scheduled workday pursuant to Clause 14.2 and MOU #1, shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. "Lieu days" earned pursuant to this clause shall be scheduled by mutual agreement. However, where an employee works Christmas Day or New Year's Day, the rate will be double-time.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday. In addition to Article 16.2 a regular employee who works on any of the above-noted holidays shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked and, shall receive an additional day off in lieu of the holiday.

An employee who works a designated holiday which is a scheduled work day shall be compensated at the rate of double time (2 x's) for hours plus a day off in lieu without pay at a mutually agreed to time. However, where an employee works Christmas Day or New Year's Day, the rate will be double and one- half (2½ x's) plus a day off in lieu (without pay). An employee scheduled to work on a designated paid holiday will not be sent home before the end of his/her scheduled shift except by mutual agreement.
