The employees shall have five (5) working days in which to inform the Employer of their application in writing.

Vacant or Newly Created Positions. 12.01 In filling a vacant or newly created position coming within the scope of this Collective Agreement, knowledge, qualifications, skills and employee evaluations shall be the primary considerations.
