RELATIVELY EQUAL Clause Samples
The 'Relatively Equal' clause establishes that certain terms, obligations, or benefits within an agreement are to be distributed or applied in a manner that is proportionally fair among the parties involved. In practice, this might mean that costs, profits, or responsibilities are shared based on a predetermined ratio, such as each party's level of participation or investment. The core function of this clause is to ensure equitable treatment and prevent disputes by clarifying how resources or duties are allocated, thereby promoting fairness and transparency in the contractual relationship.
