Vacant Position definition

Vacant Position means a position for which there is no incumbent teacher.
Vacant Position means any position which has been definitively vacated by its incumbent.
Vacant Position means a posted vacant position for which the Department is actively attempting to fill at the time of layoff.

Vacant Position or “vacancy” means a full-time position for which there is no incumbent teacher.
