Vacant or Newly Created Positions. (a) All vacant or newly created positions shall be posted for a period of five (5) working days, during which time employees may make application in writing to fill the position. The vacant or newly created position notice shall contain the following comments: - Position. - Available hours. - Qualifications for this position. - Hourly salary rate. The employees shall have five (5) working days in which to inform the Employer of their application in writing.
