Username and Passwords. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will issue to the Subscriber a requested number of usernames and passwords necessary to access ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ services, not to exceed 10 usernames and passwords per subscription fee. Subscriber is responsible for preserving the secrecy of its users and for ensuring that access to services and use of its usernames and passwords are controlled by it and that, in those instances where a purchase order provides time and/or dollar and/or database limitations, use of the system does not exceed those limitations. Subscriber is liable for any and all charges for services to its usernames, whether or not authorized by Subscriber.

Each authorized staff member and student will be required to use a unique username and password to access the online platforms provided as part of the Assessments and Services. Telco is responsible for all use of TransACT made using its usernames and passwords, whether use is made by or on behalf of Telco, by a person with dedicated usernames and passwords, or by someone else using Telco’s usernames and passwords. Telco must protect and secure its usernames and passwords from unauthorised use. a. a charge for the billing and collection of A end Charges pursuant to clause 1. b. where Spark is the Access Provider and the Call is from a Mobile Number, a charge for the origination of the Call in accordance with clause 4.1b of the Schedule of Charges; or
c. where Spark is the Access Provider and the Call originates at a Local Number in a LICA Group in which Telco has not established a Handover Point, a charge for the origination of the Call in accordance with clause 4.1s of the Schedule of Charges; or
d. for all other Calls to an Access Seeker Premium Rate Service, a charge for the origination of the Call in accordance with clause 4.1a or 5.1Error! Reference source not found. (as applicable) of the Schedule of Charges.

During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select a unique Username and Password. For security purposes, do not use your account number or social security number as your Username. When you enroll for the Online Banking service you agree to change your Password immediately if you suspect that your Password has been compromised. This can be done at any time from the “User Services” menu after you log on to the Online Banking service.

You may not use anyone else's Account at any time and you may not allow anyone else to use your Account at any time. You agree that ec2 will not be liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your Account, either with or without your knowledge, and you further agree that you will be liable for losses incurred by ec2 or another party due to someone else using your Account.
