Premium Services. Section 1. Job Protection Section 2. Sleeper Team Operations (1) Bidding and Mileage (a) Sleeper cab runs approved pursuant to the provisions of Article 43 will be posted and employees may bid for such runs in accordance with the bidding procedures set forth in the applicable Supplement, Rider or Addendum. No seniority employee shall be forced to drive in a sleeper cab run unless otherwise provided in their Feeder Work Rules or Local Union practice. If after the bidding process is exhausted, the new jobs/vacancies have not been filled, the following procedure shall apply. These jobs will be offered to other facilities within the jurisdiction of the local union which have qualified feeder drivers on lay-off, displaced, or otherwise not holding a bid within the feeder classification, before hiring off the street. To be eligible to transfer and fill these new jobs/vacancies, the employee must be qualified at the time the job is offered. Any employees transferring from another facility pursuant to this paragraph will have their seniority determined by the applicable Supplement, Rider, Addendum, or Local Union agreements/practice. The employee shall retain benefits (e.g. vacation, sick leave, holidays, etc.) based on the employee’s length of service. If no employee fills these new jobs/vacancies, the Company will hire off the street. Drivers hired off the street to cover open sleeper jobs will not be eligible to bid on new/vacated jobs for a period of eighteen (18) months. A senior driver who successfully bids a sleeper cab run shall be permitted to select his/her their respective sleeper cab team partner without regard to seniority, provided that the driver selected as a partner has, prior to such bid, acknowledged his/her their agreement, in writing, to accept such permanent sleeper cab run driving assignment and provided further that the selected partner possesses the required qualifications. (b) There shall be no two (2) person operations on runs with loads of less than five hundred fifty (550) outbound miles on the first leg and one thousand one hundred (1,100) miles round trip. All bids and cover drivers will receive reasonable time off at their home center. Every team driver shall be guaranteed at least forty (40) hours of pay per week. Premium Services. Certain of our Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (the "Premium Services"). Please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Premium Services are deemed part of these Terms of Services. We may also periodically review your usage and bill you for any overages or increased usage (e.g. additional user seats) at our then-current rates.
Premium Services. If You have purchased the Premium Services Package, then in addition to all services included in the Standard Services Package, for a period of 12 (twelve) months You will be entitled to contact DVSL by email free of charge for 10 (ten) hours of the actually consumed time.
Premium Services. Sprint will offer a billing on behalf of functionality to Service Provider that will allow Sprint to invoice Users for the use of certain Sprint-approved services (such as those provided by Service Provider) that Sprint offers to Users as part of Sprint’s catalog of wireless applications, games, ringers, screen savers and other similar services (“Premium Services”). Sprint is not obligated to include all applications proposed by Service Provider as part of the Premium Services. In addition, upon 90 days prior written notice to Service Provider, Sprint reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease providing Premium Services to Users; provided, that Service Provider may then terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Sprint.
Premium Services. Licensor will provide Premium Services as described in the then-current MLA Services Guide published on ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/programs/mla.html, the terms of which are incorporated into this Agreement. The level of additional Premium Services to which customers are entitled during an Annual Period is determined by the accumulated Maintenance fees paid by all Qualified Members for that Annual Period. You may upgrade that level of service to suit Your needs by purchasing optional technical support services as provided in section 6 below.
Premium Services. The tentative agreement clarifies the threshold for payment of holiday pay, re-routing, and extensions. It provides a trigger point for payment of traffic de- lays and an understanding that delay pay cases will not be unreasonably denied. The language further clarifies a premium rate of pay for work performed by sleeper team drivers on their scheduled day off, and the rate of pay of any subsequent days worked there- after within a scheduled workweek as a sev- enth (7th ) day of work. Work performed between a run at the home domicile will be paid at the applicable one and one-half (1 ½) rate of pay. Subsistence pay will be increased to $35 (up from $25) for each one thousand (1000) miles traveled. The fuel/wash negotiated language de- fines the allowance for fueling both at UPS and non-UPS facilities. Mileage increases will reflect the hourly general wage increases.
Premium Services. The term, "Premium Services", means, collectively, any product training purchased by Customer and provided by Tanium with respect to the Service ("Training") or any Premium Onsite Support or Enterprise Services Resource procured by Customer and provided by Tanium in accordance with Appendix A. All Premium Services are provided in accordance with, and governed by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Premium Services. 15.1 In accordance with Part 9A of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 and the Telecommunications Service Provider (Premium Service) Determinations (No 1 and 2), we are required to provide you with the following information: (a) A Premium Service is (definitions of the component words below are set out in the Telecommunications Service Provider (Premium Service) Determinations (No 1 and 2)): (i) a carriage service supplied by way of a call to a number with an eligible prefix; or (ii) a content service supplied by way of a call to a number with an eligible prefix; or (iii) a public mobile telecommunications service that enables an end-use to access a proprietary network. (b) A Premium Service is typically a content service that is connected with the following: (i) competitions; or (ii) chat services; or (iii) horoscopes; or (iv) age-restricted content and sex services; or (v) news, sports and weather updates; or (vi) music and video clips; or (vii) voting; or (viii) directory services; or (ix) gambling services; or (x) financial information. 15.2 There are significant financial risks associated with Premium Services and calls to Premium Services typically attract significant call rates (for example, $4.95 per minute). The cost of a Premium Service will typically appear on your telephone account and you will be liable to pay those costs. Some Premium Services may be addictive (such as age-restricted content and gambling services) and in view of the significant call rates, calling a Premium Service may present a significant financial risk to you (including the risk of bankruptcy or insolvency or other financial hardship). 15.3 In order to minimize your financial exposure to Premium Services, you may contact us to bar telephone calls from your Commander Phone Service to some or all Premium Services. Alternatively or additionally, you may take steps to ensure that only persons that are authorised by you have access to your Commander Phone Service or that the use of your Commander Phone Service is monitored or restricted. 15.4 If you are the account holder, you will generally be liable to pay any account of ours which may bear charges in respect of, or in connection with, the Premium Services. 15.5 If you have a complaint in respect of any Premium Service, you may contact: (a) us, your supplier on 132 777; (b) the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) on 1800 062 058 – the TIO is a free and independent alternative di...
