Authorized User. You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

Authorized User. Authorized User means an employee, approved independent contractor of Licensee, and those who are ordinarily permitted to access the Licensee's institution's network from within the Site or from such other places where “Authorized Users” work or study and who have been issued by the Licensee or the Licensee's institution a password or other authentication. Users outside a “Site” as defined in 1.1. above are not Authorized Users under this License.
Authorized User. (s) means the individuals You authorize to access the Software, on Your behalf.
Authorized User. User alone has the right to use the Software and Documentation. User may not allow another person or entity to use the Software or Documentation, except to the extent permitted by Section 4 of this Agreement.
Authorized User. Licensee must obtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each Authorized User given access to an Install of the Program in any manner directly or indirectly (for example: via remote access to a central machine) through any means. One (1) Authorized User license will serve only one (1) running instance of the Program. An entitlement for an Authorized User is unique to that Authorized User and may not be shared, nor may it be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of the Authorized User entitlement to another person. Floating User Single Install Floating User Single Install is a unit of measure by which the Program can be licensed. A Floating User is a person who is accessing the Program at any particular point in time. An Install is an installed copy of the Program on a physical or virtual machine made available to be executed on a computer. The Program may be installed on any number of computers or servers, but if the Floating User simultaneously accesses more than one (1) Install of the Program, the Floating User requires a separate entitlement for each such Install. Licensee must obtain separate entitlements for each Floating User simultaneously accessing the Program on each Install in any manner directly or indirectly (for example: via running more than one instance of the Program) through any means. Install Install is a unit of measure by which the Program can be licensed. An Install is an installed copy of the Program on a physical or virtual machine made available to be executed on a computer. Licensee must obtain an entitlement for each Install of the Program. Entitlement Requirements Customer must have the adequate volume of User Entitlements for the use of the Program as set forth in the Customer and HCL licensing contract. Entitlement to the program is provided through two models:
Authorized User. You are responsible for: (a.) obtaining permission from each Authorized User before requesting that we add that person as an Authorized User on your Account; (b.) providing each Authorized User with a copy of this Agreement and any other Account material we send; and, (c.) notifying us to remove an Authorized User and retrieving the Card, any access checks and other credit devices from the Authorized User. We have discretion to remove an Authorized User from your Account at any time for any reason as permitted by applicable law. You will remain liable for any transaction(s) the Authorized User makes to your Account. You agree that an Authorized User can have access to limited Account information, including Account balance, the Total Minimum Payment Due on your Account, and the amount of the last payment. An Authorized User cannot add other Authorized Users. Notice to you will be considered notice to you and all Authorized Users. Authorized Users can make payments on your Account.

An Authorized User cannot add other Authorized Users. Notice to you will be considered notice to you and all Authorized Users. We may report information about your Account to credit reporting agencies in the Authorized User’s name that may appear on their credit report. Authorized Users can make payments on your Account.

Authorized User. Subscriber and members of Subscriber’s household, including guests of Subscriber, are the only authorized users of the Service and must comply with the Agreement. Subscriber may not sell, transfer, lease, encumber or assign all or part of the Service. If Subscriber installs a wireless router, no one outside of Subscriber’s household may access the Service through Subscriber’s account. Subscriber is responsible for all traffic coming into or from Subscriber’s account even if it is an unauthorized user. Subscriber shall assure that any use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations and rules. This limitation on authorized users includes, but is not limited to, hosting applications such as the provision of e‐mail, FTP, HTTP, VoIP, and Telnet access. Although resale of such services is prohibited, a business rate plan allows for the hosting of these services for the business’s own purpose (e.g., employee email, basic business website for marketing).
Authorized User. “Authorized User” means the Customer, its clients, employees, borrowers, potential borrowers, third-party or other representatives who have been granted access to use the Software by Customer, all of whom has agreed to the terms of PreApp’s Required Terms, as specified in Section 3(b), regardless of whether or not the Authorized User actually accesses the Software.
Authorized User. Any person, organization, or entity to which Client grants access to use the Subscription Services in accordance with the Agreement. Client shall be liable to Xxxx for the acts or omissions of its Authorized Users.
