  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Monitoring and Risk Assessment of Securities Depositories Prior to the placement of any assets of the Fund with a non-U.S. Securities Depository, the Custodian: (a) shall provide to the Fund or its authorized representative an assessment of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets within such Securities Depository; and (b) shall have established a system to monitor the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with such Securities Depository on a continuing basis and to promptly notify the Fund or its Investment Adviser of any material changes in such risk. In performing its duties under this subsection, the Custodian shall use reasonable care and may rely on such reasonable sources of information as may be available including but not limited to: (i) published ratings; (ii) information supplied by a Subcustodian that is a participant in such Securities Depository; (iii) industry surveys or publications; (iv) information supplied by the depository itself, by its auditors (internal or external) or by the relevant Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority. It is acknowledged that information procured through some or all of these sources may not be independently verifiable by the Custodian and that direct access to Securities Depositories is limited under most circumstances.   • Certain Available Information The Securities Administrator shall maintain at its Corporate Trust Office and shall make available free of charge during normal business hours for review by any Holder of a Certificate or any Person identified to the Securities Administrator as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, originals or copies of the following items: (i) in the case of a Holder or prospective transferee of a Class C Certificate, a Class P Certificate or a Residual Interest, any related private placement memorandum or other disclosure document relating to such Certificates, if any, in the form most recently provided to the Securities Administrator; and (ii) in all cases, (A) this Agreement and any amendments hereof entered into pursuant to Section 11.01, (B) all monthly statements required to be delivered to Certificateholders of the relevant Class pursuant to Section 4.02 since the Closing Date, and all other notices, reports, statements and written communications delivered to the Certificateholders of the relevant Class pursuant to this Agreement since the Closing Date, (C) all certifications delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Securities Administrator since the Closing Date pursuant to Section 10.01(h), (D) any and all Officers’ Certificates delivered to the Trustee by the Servicer since the Closing Date to evidence the Servicer’s determination that any P&I Advance was, or if made, would be a Nonrecoverable P&I Advance or Nonrecoverable Servicing Advance, respectively, and (E) any and all Officers’ Certificates delivered to the Securities Administrator by the Servicer since the Closing Date pursuant to Section 4.04(a). Copies and mailing of any and all of the foregoing items will be available from the Securities Administrator upon request at the expense of the person requesting the same.

  • Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • Use of Customer Statements The Contractor shall not use any statement attributable to the Customer or its employees for the Contractor’s promotions, press releases, publicity releases, marketing, corporate communications, or other similar communications, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.
