Use of the System. 4.1 User agrees to use the Programs only and solely in the Approved Technical Environment and in accordance with Provider’s then applicable operating instructions. 4.2 User may not change or alter the Program nor merge it with other computer programs without the prior written consent of Provider. 4.3 Should the Program be altered by User or any third party without Provider’s prior written consent, or should other computer software not supplied by Provider be operated in the Approved Technical Environment and thus cause a detrimental effect on the use and/or maintenance of the Program, Provider shall not be liable to provide the services set out in Section 2 above with respect to such detrimental effects. 4.4 User agrees to install updates of the Approved Technical Environment operating the program or other software utilities, to the extent required, and in accordance with Provider instructions, prior to the installation of New Releases. POUŽÍVÁNÍ SYSTÉMU 4.1 Uživatel souhlasí s xxx, že bude používat Programy pouze a výhradně ve Schváleném technickém prostředí a v souladu s aktuálními návody Poskytovatele k obsluze. 4.2 Uživatel nesmí měnit ani upravovat Program, ani jej slučovat s jinými počítačovými programy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Poskytovatele. 4.3 Pokud Uživatel nebo nějaká třetí strana pozmění Program bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Poskytovatele Programu nebo pokud bude ve Schváleném technickém prostředí provozován jiný počítačový program, který nedodal poskytovatel Programu, a xxx dojde k narušení provozu, užívání a/nebo údržby Programu, Poskytovatel nebude povinen vzhledem k tomuto poškození poskytnout služby stanovené v článku 2 výše do xxxx zjednání nápravy. 4.4 Uživatel souhlasí s xxx, že bude před instalací Nových xxxxx v potřebném rozsahu a v souladu s pokyny Poskytovatele instalovat aktualizace Schváleného technického prostředí, v xxxx xx provozován Program, nebo jiné softwarové prostředky.
Use of the System. Franchisee acknowledges that Franchisor and its Affiliates will allow other Franchisor Lodging Facilities to use various parts of the System and may allow other lodging facilities to use various parts of the System under affiliation or marketing agreements.
Use of the System. Customer and Users will not: • misuse or abuse any EIS, its subcontractor, or third party property (including, without limitation, software, equipment, networks, and network devices); • make any unauthorized use of or interfere with any property of EIS, its subcontractors, or any EIS or SAS customer; • engage in any activity in violation of the law or that aids or assists any criminal activity in connection with the access or use of the System; • impair or disrupt any connections to the System; • interfere or attempt to interfere in any manner with the functionality or proper working of the System; • remove, obscure or alter any notice of ownership or any other intellectual or proprietary right appearing on or contained within the System; • use any open source software in connection with the System in any manner that requires, pursuant to the license applicable to such open source software, that any part of the System be (a) disclosed or distributed in source code form; (b) made available free of charge to recipients; or (c) modifiable without restriction by recipients; • reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any part of the System; or • upload any software or application(s) to the System except as expressly allowed subject to Section 8.4 (Customer Materials) of this Attachment A.
Use of the System. In the event that the System is, at any time during the term of the License Agreement, being operated by Ticketmaster or a TM System User outside of the Market Area in connection with any independent or third-party computer system (other than any such connection which is in the developmental, experimental or testing stage), then Ticketmaster will authorize User (at no additional charge to User by Ticketmaster solely to provide such authorization) to operate the System within the Market Area in connection with such independent or third-party computer system (if permitted by such independent or third-party provider) in the same manner as being operated by Ticketmaster or such TM System User. By way of example only: If a theater uses the Paceolan ticketing system to sell season tickets and walk up box office tickets, and interfaces the Paceolan system to a TM System User’s System, so that ticket inventory can be transferred back and forth between the two systems to permit the sale of telephone, outlet, or internet sales on the TM System User’s System, then User shall be permitted that use.
Use of the System. (a) Your use of the System shall be subject to all applicable laws, statutes, rules and regulations (whether domestic or foreign), orders of competent governmental, legal or regulatory authorities, agreements with or between such authorities and the interpretations of any such authority (“Applicable Law”). You are responsible for ensuring that You may lawfully access and use the System and the services and content offered on or through it. You agree that Citibank may assume, and You represent, that any Instruction made by a person using Your Security Procedures (a) is from You; (b) originates from the location (including country, state, province or other jurisdiction) that has been associated with You on our records; and (c) is authorized by Your Firm. You represent and warrant on a continuing basis as long as You are authorized to access and use the System that:

During the Term, Customer may access and use the System pursuant to: (a) the terms of any outstanding Order, including such features and functions as the Order requires; and (b) Vendor’s policies posted on its Website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, as such policies may be updated from time to time.
Use of the System. 3.1 IUK hereby permits the System User and, subject to GTC 3.2, any nominated Users from time to time, to access and use the System during the term of this Agreement on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
