Use of Resources. The resources and facilities of the Bank shall be used exclusively to implement the purpose and functions set forth, respectively, in Articles 1 and 2, and in accordance with sound banking principles.
Use of Resources. (a) The resources and the facilities of the Bank shall be used exclusively for the benefit of members with equitable consideration to projects for development and projects for reconstruction alike.

Use of Resources. The District’s technology resources are to be used by employees for the purpose of conducting District business. Educational purpose is defined as classroom activities, career and professional development, curriculum development, communication essential to the administration, and operation of the District’s school system. Incidental personal use of District computers is permitted as long as the use does not result in any additional cost to the District and does not interfere with: the employee’s job duties and performance, with system operations, or with any other system user. “Incidental personal use” is defined as incidental, occasional and reasonable use by an individual employee for personal communications. Such personal use must comply with this policy and all other applicable policies, procedures and rules. The following use of District technology resources is expressly prohibited: • Unlawful Activity - Any attempt to violate local, state, federal, and international laws through the use of any District technology resource, including but not limited to: email, Internet, intranet, or network storage drives, may result in legal action against the offender by the District, injured third parties and/or governmental authorities.
Use of Resources. The County shall allow reasonable use of County buildings, equipment, facilities, and resources for the purpose of union activities and holding Association meetings, based upon obtaining prior approval and the availability of space. The Association shall not cause any unreasonable expense to be incurred by the County through its use of County buildings, equipment, facilities, and resources without prior approval. The Association shall reimburse the County when requested to do so.

Each Service Provider shall have the right to use contractors, subcontractors, vendors or other third parties to assist such Service Provider in the provision of the Services hereunder. Such Service Provider shall be responsible for the Services performed by its respective subcontractors, and such Service Provider shall be the applicable Service Recipient’s primary point of contact regarding the Services provided by such Service Provider hereunder, including with respect to payment. No contractor, subcontractor, vendor or other third party will be provided access to any Confidential Information of any Service Recipient without first agreeing to protect such Confidential Information.
Use of Resources. 1 . The Fund shall provide financing for projects and programmes to further economic and social development in the territory of members. The Fund shall provide such financing for the benefit of those members whose economic situation and prospects require such financing to be on concessional terms.
Use of Resources. Article 16 provides that the resources and facilities of the Bank shall be used exclusively to implement the purpose and functions set forth respectively in Articles 2 and 3 of the Agreement.
