Written Permission. You agree that where your written permission is required by law or otherwise for any such disclosure by us, the signing of the Card application form and/or the signing of the Card and/or the usage of the Card shall constitute and be deemed to be sufficient written permission for such disclosure.

Our authority, the authority of our officers, employees, agents, contractors or service providers as well as the authority of any credit bureau, to disclose such information pursuant to Clause 14 shall survive the termination to this Agreement.
