Financial Resources. Each of the Adviser and the Administrator has the financial resources available to it necessary for the performance of its services and obligations as contemplated in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package, the Prospectus and this Agreement, and each of the Adviser and the Administrator owns, leases or has access to all properties and other assets that are necessary to the conduct of its business and to perform the services, as described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
Financial Resources. Each of the Manager and the Servicer has the financial and other resources available to it necessary for the performance of its services and obligations as contemplated in the Management Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and under this Agreement, as applicable.
