Use of Manager’s Name. The Corporation or Fund may use the name “X. Xxxx Price Retirement Funds, Inc.” and “X. Xxxx Price Retirement 2065 Fund” or any other name derived from the name “X. Xxxx Price” only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager as investment manager. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Corporation or Fund will (by corporate action, if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name “X. Xxxx Price,” any name similar thereto or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with the Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to the Manager’s business as investment manager.
Use of Manager’s Name. The Corporation or Fund may use the name “T. Xxxx Price International Funds, Inc.” or any other name derived from the name “T. Xxxx Price” only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager as investment manager. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Corporation or Fund will (by corporate action, if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name “T. Xxxx Price,” any name similar thereto or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with the Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to the Manager’s business as investment manager.
Use of Manager’s Name. The Fund may use the name "X. Xxxx Price Strategic Income Fund, Inc." or any other name derived from the name "X. Xxxx Price" only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager as investment manager. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Fund will (by corporate action, if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name "X. Xxxx Price," any name similar thereto or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with the Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to the Manager`s business as investment manager.
Use of Manager’s Name. The Trust may use the name "Keyport" or any other name derived from the name "Keyport" only for so long as this Agreement (or another similar management agreement pertaining to other series funds of the Trust) or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof (or thereof) remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization that shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager. At such time as this Agreement (and each other similar agreement pertaining to such other series funds) or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof (or thereof), or each such other similar successor organization agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Trust will cease to use any name derived from the name "Keyport," any name similar thereto, or any other name indicating that it is managed by or otherwise connected with the Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to Manager's business as investment advisor or manager. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original.

Trust may use the name “Nuveen Investment Trust V” and the Fund names listed in Schedule A or any other name derived from the name “Nuveen” only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of Manager as investment adviser. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, Trust will cease to use any name derived from the name “Nuveen” or otherwise connected with Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to Manager’s business as investment adviser.
Use of Manager’s Name. The Corporation or Fund may use the name “X. Xxxx Price Inflation Focused Bond Fund, Inc.,” or any other name derived from the name of “X. Xxxx Price” only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager as investment manager. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Corporation or Fund will (by corporate action, if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name “X. Xxxx Price,” any name similar thereto or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with the Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to the Manager’s business as investment manager.

The Fund may use the name "Nuveen Floating Rate Fund" or any other name derived from the name "Nuveen" only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of Manager as investment adviser. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Fund will cease to use any name derived from the name "Nuveen" or otherwise connected with Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to Manager's business as investment adviser.
Use of Manager’s Name. The Adviser will not use the Manager's name (or that of any affiliate) in Trust literature without prior review and approval by the Manager, which may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, Trust will cease to use any name derived from the name "Xxxxx Xxx & Xxxxxxx" or otherwise connected with Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to Manager's business as investment adviser.
Use of Manager’s Name. Columbia Acorn may use the name “Columbia” or any other name derived from the name “Columbia” only for so long as this agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization that shall remain affiliated with CMG and shall have succeeded to the business of Columbia WAM as investment adviser. At such time as this agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, Columbia Acorn will (by amendment of its agreement and declaration of trust if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name “Columbia” or otherwise connected with Columbia WAM, or with any organization that shall have succeeded to Columbia WAM’s business as investment adviser.
