Availability of Space. Upon submission of an Application, BellSouth will permit ALEC Inc., to physically collocate, pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, at any BellSouth Remote Site Location, unless BellSouth has determined that there is no space available due to space limitations or that Remote Site Collocation is not practical for technical reasons. In the event space is not immediately available at a Remote Site Location, BellSouth reserves the right to make additional space available, in which case the conditions in Section 7 shall apply, or BellSouth may elect to deny space in accordance with this section in which case virtual or adjacent collocation options may be available. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify ALEC Inc., of the amount that is available.
Availability of Space. With regard to the relocation of the --------------------- Facilities, space on the Tower must be available at the levels, and/or space on the ground must be available at the locations, to which User desires to relocate and, if consent of the Master Landlord is required to relocate the Ground Facilities, then such consent must be obtained prior to relocation.
Availability of Space. The use of the bike racks are on a first come first service basis and no guarantee is provided by the Licensor that space will be available in the bike racks when required by the Licensee.

BellSouth will respond to an application within ten (10) business days as to whether space is available or not available within a BellSouth central office premises.

Upon submission of an Application pursuant to Section 6, BellSouth will permit Xxxxxxxx.xxx to physically collocate, pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, at any BellSouth Premises, unless BellSouth has determined that there is no space available due to space limitations or that physical collocation is not practical for technical reasons.

Upon submission of an application, BellSouth will permit TelCove to physically collocate in any available full bay/rack of space, pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, at any BellSouth Remote Site Location, unless BellSouth has determined that there is no full bay/rack of space available due to space limitations after BellSouth has conducted a review of all space within the Remote Site Location or that collocation at the Remote Site Location is not practical for technical reasons. In the event space is not immediately available at a Remote Site Location, BellSouth reserves the right to make additional space available, in which case the conditions in Section 7 below shall apply, or BellSouth may elect to deny space in accordance with this Section in which case virtual or adjacent collocation options may be available. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify TelCove of the amount that is available.

If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify CLEC-1 of the amount of space that is available.
Availability of Space. At the request of the Union, subject to availability, private and confidential space will be made available for meetings called by the Union and its membership and for Union Officials to administer their representational activities. The Union agrees to exercise reasonable care and due consideration for the maintenance of the facility.
