In the event that too many employees request paid leave for the same time period and the Employer cannot ensure safe client coverage, leave approval shall be granted by seniority within the office to which the employee is assigned. Supervisors will make reasonable efforts to communicate about whether leave has been approved, disapproved or otherwise respond within seven (7) calendar days of the leave request is submitted by an employee.

Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.
