Dispatch and Scheduling. 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by ALDC / SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

Dispatch and Scheduling. 6.1.1 The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable IEGC/UP EGC (UP Electricity Grid Code provisions requirements and directions and its amendments thereof, and, as specified by concerned SLDC/UPLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the Schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the SPD.

The Hybrid Power Developer shall be required to Schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of MERC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the Schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Hybrid Power Developer.
Dispatch and Scheduling. 6.1.1 The BESSD, in consultation with GUVNL, shall be required to charge/ discharge the Battery System as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / GERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the Schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the BESSD.

The HPD shall make arrangements for scheduling of wind and solar power from the respective components of the Project, if required by the Buyer.
