Primarily assigned means the business location of the taxpayer where the individual performs his or her duties.
Primarily assigned means the business location of the taxpayer where the employee performs their duties for the tax period. An employee that performs more than 50% of their duties at the business location of the taxpayer will be primarily assigned to that business location.
