Timekeeping System definition

Timekeeping System means the timekeeping technology used by Defendant in Illinois at any time during the Class Period, which utilized a scan of Plaintiff’s and the other Settlement Class Members’ fingerprint or handprint for timekeeping purposes.

More Definitions of Timekeeping System

Timekeeping System means the timekeeping technology used by Defendant in Illinois at any time during the Class Period, which allegedly utilized Plaintiff’s and/or the other Settlement Class Members’ biometric identifier(s), including a fingerprint or scan of hand geometry, or biometric information for timekeeping purposes.
Timekeeping System means the time clock and timekeeping technology systems, software, and/or hardware used and/or operated by Defendant and/or used by any current and former employees of Defendant at its facilities in the state of Illinois by scanning his or her hand for timekeeping purposes as asserted in the Litigation.
Timekeeping System means the timekeeping technology used by Agreliant Genetics, LLC in Illinois at any time from April 3, 2014 to the date or preliminary approval in this matter, which utilized a scan of Plaintiff’s and the other Settlement Class Members’ fingerprint for timekeeping purposes.
