Transit Provider Coordination Manager. Transit Provider Coordination Manager (TPCM) shall coordinate the planning and policy activities of Metrorail and Metro Bus services for Arlington County as well as act as the liaison between WMATA and Arlington County Transit Bureau and Division of Transportation. This position shall also act as liaison regarding transit planning and policy between the Arlington County Transit Bureau and Division of Transportation and the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC) and committees overseeing transit services on I-66 and I-395. The liaison duties shall include advising the Director of Transportation and the Transit Bureau Chief as well as Arlington County Board members. This is a senior staff position that is responsible for assisting with transit service planning for Metrorail and Metro Bus services, including coordination with other regional and local transit providers, particularly Arlington County Transit; with the development of the County’s annual work plan and program within the WMATA annual budget; and with the project development of capital projects for improvements to WMATA facilities. This position will also provide technical staff assistance to Arlington County’s representative to the WMATA Board, the NVTC, and other regional agencies as may be necessary. In this capacity this person will attend board meetings and technical advisory committees to assist County representatives or to represent the County’s interests. This staff position will also require working with the public and community stakeholders, attendance at community meetings, and preparation or materials or presentations for community meetings. Additionally, the TPCM is responsible for leading and managing the Contractor embedded staff team and shall oversee and direct their performance to ensure delivery of projects assigned to them. The TPCM will provide guidance and technical support to the Contractor team to ensure projects are efficiently and successfully implemented and completed according to established timelines and budget requirements. This includes overall project monitoring, control and direction and implementing corrective actions as needed. The individual fulfilling this position shall have knowledge of project compliance with federal regulations for federally funded projects as well as state regulations for state-funded projects.   • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Choice Telephone Company to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Choice Telephone Company’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Care Coordination MCOs must ensure care coordination is provided to Members with a substance use disorder. MCOs must work with providers, facilities, and Members to coordinate care for Members with a substance use disorder and to ensure Members have access to the full continuum of Covered Services (including without limitation assessment, detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient services, and medication therapy) as Medically Necessary and appropriate. MCOs must also coordinate services with the DSHS, DFPS, and their designees for Members requiring Non-Capitated Services. Non-Capitated Services includes, without limitation, services that are not available for coverage under the Contract, State Plan or Waiver that are available under the Federal Substance Abuse and Prevention and Treatment block grant when provided by a DSHS-funded provider or covered by the DFPS under direct contract with a treatment provider. MCOs must work with DSHS, DFPS, and providers to ensure payment for Covered Services is available to Out-of-Network Providers who also provide related Non-capitated Services when the Covered Services are not available through Network Providers.

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.
