County Representatives. It is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the officers, officials, employees and agents of the County are acting in a representative capacity for the County of Suffolk and not for their own benefit, and that neither Lessee nor any occupant of the Premises shall have any claim against them or any of them as individuals in any event whatsoever.
County Representatives. The Medical Director position reports to the Board through the Ouray County Administrator. The primary Ouray County representative with whom the Medical Director will be interacting is the Chief Paramedic of OCEMS.
County Representatives. The Union, in turn, recognizes the persons designated by the Board of Supervisors to represent the County in the negotiation of this Agreement and agrees that all negotiations leading to the ratification and implementation of this Agreement, along with all other amendments thereto, shall be conducted exclusively with the persons so designated.

It is understood by the parties that the Ouray County Administrator, the Ouray County Planning Director and the Ouray County Road and Bridge Superintendent may request services from the Contractor. All requests for contract interpretations, changes, clarifications, or instructions, however, shall be directed to the Ouray County Administrator.

The Sheriff of Le Sueur County or his/her designee shall interface with the Animal Control Officer with respect to the work to be performed under this contract; the county representative shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define the County’s policy and decisions with respect to the services provided or materials, equipment, elements and systems pertinent to the work covered by this contract.

Milwaukee’s Medical Examiner shall serve as the primary contact for implementing this Agreement for Milwaukee and may appoint additional representatives to work on specific tasks. Walworth’s Medical Examiner shall serve as the primary contact for Walworth for implementing this Agreement and may appoint additional representatives to work on specific tasks. These individuals (a minimum of two) shall constitute the CRs. The CRs shall be the primary administrative and managerial body tasked with overseeing all aspects of Milwaukee providing autopsy services to Walworth. They shall work cooperatively, communicate between entities, and ▇▇▇▇▇ decisions, documents, and other information relating to the implementation of this Agreement to relevant personnel.
County Representatives. The Board has designated the Airport Manager and County Manager as the individuals which shall have the authority to make determinations regarding Lessee's compliance with the terms of this Lease.

Contractor shall reimburse County and its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers, for any and all legal expenses and costs incurred by each of them in connection therewith or in enforcing the indemnity herein provided. Contractor's obligation to indemnify shall not be restricted to insurance proceeds, if any, received by the County, its directors, officials, officers, employees and agents. The Contractor’s duty to defend, indemnify, and hold the County harmless shall not apply to the extent a claim is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the County.
