Performance Issues definition

Performance Issues means those issues or deficiencies identified by OHA indicating that:
Performance Issues any problem or error (each, a “Performance Issue”) relating to the Product;
Performance Issues. The system may be unstable under high load, affecting user experience.

Performance Issues means those issues or deficiencies identified by OHA indicating that (i) quality or access to services are not being provided as required under the Contract, (ii) cost containment goals are being compromised, (iii) circumstances exist that effect Member rights or health, or (iv) any combination of or all of the forgoing issues. One or more Performance Issue constitutes a breach of this Contract.

Related to Performance Issues

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target;

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Performance Formula means, for a Performance Period, the one or more objective formulae applied against the relevant Performance Goal to determine, with regard to the Performance Compensation Award of a particular Participant, whether all, some portion but less than all, or none of the Performance Compensation Award has been earned for the Performance Period.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.
