Federal Changes. Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the Master Agreement between the Department and FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this contract. Contractor's failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this contract.

All Contracts except micro-purchases ($3,000 or less, except for construction contracts over $2,000) Contractor shall comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the Master Agreement between the purchaser and FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of the contract. Contractor's failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the contract.

CONTRACTOR shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the Master Agreement between COMMISSION and FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this contract. CONTRACTOR’S failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this contract. This agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi and any local governments or political subdivisions that may affect the performances under this agreement.
Federal Changes. 49 CFR Part 18 Consultant shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the Agreement (Form FTA MA (18) dated October, 2011) between consultant and FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this contract. Consultant’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this contract.
Federal Changes. This requirement applies to all Agreements. Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations, and all FTA Directives, FRA Directives and U.S. DOT Directives applicable to the Project, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Agreement. It is Contractor’s responsibility to be aware of any amendments or changes to such federal requirements and directives. Contractor's failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

The Grantee shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the most recent issued FTA Master Agreement, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Agreement. The Grantee’s failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
