Project Management and Coordination. The Developer shall administer all agreements in connection with the development and construction of the Building Improvements. The Developer, with the assistance of the Design Builder pursuant to the Design Build Contract, shall schedule, coordinate and expedite the activities of all Persons providing goods, work or services for the Project. In conjunction with the Design Builder, the Developer shall develop and continuously refine time schedules for all Phases of the Project (not more frequently than once every calendar month) using commercially reasonable efforts to cause all Persons providing goods, work or services for the Project to comply with such established schedules. The Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Project conforms with the Premises Requirements, the Program Requirements and with the Approved Plans and Specifications. In conjunction with the Design Builder, the Developer shall monitor and inspect the progress of the quality of work or services being performed for the Project. The Developer shall take appropriate actions regarding the modification, approval, and/or disapproval of all change requests, payment requests, plans, specifications, drawings, designs, budgets, schedules, correspondence and communications. The Developer shall cause the Design Builder to implement and administer cost accounting and cost project systems for the Project and the Building Improvements, respectively.

Project Management and Coordination. The CONSULTANT shall perform project management, quality management, project and document controls, and coordination required for the design and construction of the project. The CONSULTANT will complete internal coordination, project setups for project delivery, including development of project safety and quality plans. The CONSULTANT will provide LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY with monthly progress report updates. The monthly updates will include at a minimum: • Work performed during the last monthWork to be performed in the next month • Outstanding issues needing resolution • Review status of the design, permitting status and construction The CONSULTANT will communicate via e-mail and phone with research and academia professors and personnel at the University of Illinois to collaborate on innovative asphalt and/or concrete pavement solutions for the project, up to 20 hours of coordination and communication. These pavement innovations will be communicated to the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY to develop a project recommendation. Scope Development The CONSULTANT will review existing information provided by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY to develop up to three alternates that fit within the existing right-of-way. CONSULTANT will prepare: • Exhibits/sketches depicting up to three (3) alternatives of cross sections for Technology Drive. • Preliminary opinions of probable cost estimate. for each alternative. • Memorandum summarizing the costs, impacts, and benefits for each alternate. o The memorandum will be reviewed by Fishers Engineering Department and the Fishers Community and Economic Development Department, with revisions made one (1) time, as needed. • The Consultant will lead, facilitate, and prepare minutes for one (1) meeting with Fishers Engineering Department representatives to finalize the memo. The CONSULTANT will develop and make a recommendation in conjunction with project goals and budgets identified by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY.
