Benefit Plans and Programs To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of any such plan or program, Executive will be eligible to participate in all benefit plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, that are maintained by the Company generally for executive employees of the Company, subject to the eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions of those plans and programs. The Company will not, however, by reason of this Section 5(b) be obligated either (1) to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing any such benefit plan or program, or (2) to provide Executive with all benefits provided to any other person or individual employed by the Company or any of its affiliates.
Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.
Safety Plan Contractor shall provide the Services in accordance with a safety plan that is compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”), American National Standards Institute and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health standards. If, in the Contractor’s sole determination, the Services to be provided do not require a safety plan, Contractor shall notify the City, in writing, describing the reasons a safety plan is unnecessary. The City reserves the right to request a safety plan following such notification.
The Program a. The Program is further described in Annex A of this Agreement, the “Program Implementation Abstract.” The Principal Recipient will implement or oversee the implementation of the Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, which the Principal Recipient will administer using its regulations, rules and procedures. The Principal Recipient will be responsible and accountable to the Global Fund for all resources it receives under this Agreement and for the results that are to be accomplished.
Educational Program Section 1: Nurses covered by this Agreement will receive the university fee authorization program and dependent fee authorization program as currently in effect and as may be determined during the term of this agreement.
Development Plans A Development Plan and budget for each Candidate for the balance of the Calendar Year during which the Compound or Xxxxxx Compound is designated by the JSC as a Candidate shall be prepared by Xxxxxx and submitted to the JSC promptly after the designation of such Compound or Xxxxxx Compound as provided in Sections 2.1.4(h) and 3.6. Thereafter, for each Calendar Year during the Development Program, an updated Development Plan and budget for each Candidate shall be prepared by Xxxxxx and submitted to the JSC as provided in Section 2.1.4(a) or (b), as applicable. To the extent JSC approval is required, the Parties shall manage the preparation of each Development Plan and budget in a manner designed to obtain such JSC approval no later than [*****] days prior to the end of the then-current Calendar Year. Each Development Plan and amendment thereto shall: (a) set forth (i) the Development objectives, activities, priorities, timelines, budget and resources for the Calendar Year covered by the Development Plan with reasonable specificity, (ii) the Confidential materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Asterisks denote such omission. Development objectives and activities to be performed for each Calendar Year period covered by the Development Plan with reasonable specificity, broken down by Calendar Quarters, (iii) the Party that shall be responsible for performing such activities, (iv) a timeline for such activities and (v) the expected Development Costs over such Calendar Year; and (b) be consistent with the other terms of this Agreement.
Commercialization Plan The Commercialization Plan will contain in reasonable detail the major Commercialization activities and the timelines for achieving such activities. Zai will deliver an initial Commercialization Plan to the JSC for review and discussion no later than 12 months prior to the anticipated date of the first filing of the first Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product in the Territory. Thereafter, from time to time, but at least every 12 months, Zai will propose updates or amendments to the Commercialization Plan in consultation with Paratek to reflect changes in such plans, including those in response to changes in the marketplace, relative success of the Licensed Product, and other relevant factors influencing such plan and activities, and submit such proposed updated or amended plan to the JSC for review, discussion, and approval. In accordance with Section 3.2(b), the JSC will review and discuss any updates or amendments to the Commercialization Plan.
Development Program A. Development activities to be undertaken (Please break activities into subunits with the date of completion of major milestones)
Drug Plan a) The prescription drug provisions of the PEBT extended health plans will be amended, subject to paragraph (b), to provide coverage in accordance with the BlueRX Formulary and implementation of the BlueNet pay direct card.
Medical Plan Eligible employees and dependants shall be covered by the British Columbia Medical Services Plan or carrier approved by the British Columbia Medical Services Commission. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium. An eligible employee who wishes to have coverage for other than dependants may do so provided the Medical Plan is agreeable and the extra premium is paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Membership shall be a condition of employment for eligible employees who shall be enrolled for coverage following the completion of three (3) months’ employment or upon the initial date of employment for those employees with portable service as outlined in Article 14.12.
